BEVERLY J. O’CONNOR, age 79, beloved daughter of the late John R. and Elda L. (nee Krueger) O’Connor; dearest sister of Rev. Bryan T. O’Connor (Dawn) and the late David W. O’Connor; treasured aunt of David (Dimitra), Raymond (Rochelle), Martin (Jennifer), John (Stephanie), Kathryn, and the late Daniel and great-aunt of many; longtime friend and companion of the late Adin B. Moore; very dear friend and caregiver Keith Moore; dear cousin and friend of many.

Beverly was born on October 22, 1937 in Euclid, Ohio. She was reborn as a Child of God in her baptism. Beverly was a resident of Willoughby Hills for over 25 years and a member of St. John Lutheran Church. She graduated from Cleveland West High School. Beverly worked at Huron Road Hospital for several years and then took a job as a plant nurse at GM Cadillac Plant until her retirement. She also loved to travel, especially to Maine, Russia, China, Ireland, and England. She will be remembered as a loving, caring and outgoing woman who had a sense of humor. Bev loved to sing and was a soloist in High School and in the Cleveland All City Chorus. She often was called upon to sing at weddings of family members and on other occasions. Bev will be dearly missed.

Celebration of Life Service Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 7 PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Family committal service at Evergreen Cemetery in Westlake on Friday at 10:30 AM. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bev at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) THURSDAY 6-7 PM.
