BETTY J. SANTEK (nee Buzaleski) age 87, beloved wife of the late Joseph; loving mother of Tom (wife Deb), Bonnie Iantorno (husband Franco), Mike, and Pattie Petti (husband Michael); devoted grandmother of Melanie Iantorno, Jacquelyn Malone (husband Lance), Christina Iantorno, Ashley Brostek (husband Ryan), Nicholas, Joseph and Alicia Petti and great-grandmother of Loralei and Cheyenne. Survived by her beloved dogs Annie and Mazzie.
Betty was born on November 9, 1928 in Cleveland and passed away on September 7, 2016. She was a resident of Chesterland for 20 years, formerly of Eastlake since 1973. Betty was a parishioner of St. Anselm Catholic Church and a member of the St. Anselm Senior Group. She worked as a seamstress at Richmond Brothers, and in hospitality at Executive Catering and at Breckenridge. Betty enjoyed bowling, camping, gardening, and teaching ceramics. She received the most joy spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her dog Annie. Betty will be remembered most as a loving, caring, giving and nurturing woman.

Prayers of Christian Burial Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at Chester Township Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Betty at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) MONDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
