BETTY JANE GANTOUS (nee Saba), age 91; beloved wife for 59 years of Hafiz; loving mother of Diana and the late Baby Boy Gantous; cherished daughter of the late Najeeb and Yasmeen (nee Hobica ) Saba; dearest sister of the late Jess Saba, Nadia Saloh, Abreeza Kerbawy, Rosalie Saba, Henry Louis Saba (wife Rosemary) and Geraldine Thomas; dear sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt of many; special surrogate grandmother of Taylor, Jordan and Collin Hoeffner.

Betty Jane graduated from John Hay High School and was the Owner/Operator of the Caxton Coffee Shop.  She has lived in Lyndhurst for the past 44 years, previously residing in Cleveland Hts.  Betty Jane was a member of St. Maron Catholic Church and was active in the Women’s Immaculate Conception Sodality and Lebanese Syrian American Junior League.  She loved to cook and listen to Big Band music.  Betty Jane will be remembered for being a hardworker and for her loving, giving, patient and caring nature.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, June 6, 2015 at St. Maron Catholic Church 1245 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115  at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.  Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Betty Jane at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD.
