Bela Grassy

BELA GRASSY, age 81 was received by the Lord on January 24, 2011. Loving father of Vera Seltzer (husband Pista “Steven”), Janet Emch (husband Carl) and Loretta Chiancone (husband Anthony, Jr). Devoted Nagypapa of Jennifer (deceased), Kristina (deceased), Anthony, III, Michael, Matthew, and Krystin Chiancone, Melissa, Kimberly and Joey Kotik. Cherished son of the late William and Irene (nee Halasz). Dearest brother of Joseph Grassy and Maria Dorner and special brother-in-law of Catherine Grassy and the late Stefan Dorner. Fun loving Ocsi Bacsi “Uncle Bill”, great-uncle and special friend of many. Loyal pet companion of the late Flasher, Flasher II, Snowwhite and Tigger. Bela served in the Hungarian Military, French Army and was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict Veteran.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, January 28, 2011 at Communion of Saints Parish at St Ann Catholic Church at 10:00 AM.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bela at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM.
