Bedelia Metz

BEDELIA P. METZ (nee Coyne), age 92; beloved wife of the late Clifford A; loving mother of Clifford T. (wife Denise, deceased) (Holly Williams), Karen Korycki (husband Thomas, deceased), Gregory (wife Michelle), David (Nancy Greenaway), Maureen Zimmerman (husband David) and Mary Burr (husband Raymond); devoted grandmother of 21 and great-grandmother of 25; dearest daughter of the late Margaret (nee Geaney) and Thomas Coyne; dear sister of the late Patrick and Thomas Coyne and Eileen Hunt; dear aunt and great aunt of many. Bedelia will also be missed by her feline companion Abby.

Bedelia was born on September 19, 1923 in Brisbane, Australia and moved to the U.S. in 1946. She was a resident of Eastlake and most recently of Painesville Township, where she passed away on September 20^th. Bedelia enjoyed reading, sewing, crochet and gardening, but got the most enjoyment in life from her family. She was handy, a hard worker and determined, but will be remembered most for her outgoing and social nature and for her great sense of humor.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, September 26, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church 401 North Street, Chardon, OH at 11:30 AM. Burial following in All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bedelia at THE CHURCH SATURDAY MORNING from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Arrangements by THE DeJohn Funeral Home & Crematory of Chardon.
