THE REVEREND BARBARA LOUISE PRYOR (nee Atwood) age 74, beloved wife of the late Richard; loving mother of Elizabeth Dickinson (husband John) and Richard (wife Lisa); devoted grandmother of Zachary J. Meister; cherished daughter of the late Charles and Martha (nee Hanson) Atwood; dearest sister of James Atwood (wife Gerry) and the late Martha Owens; and treasured step-sister of Robert Boswell; dear aunt and great-aunt of many. Survived by her grand-dogs Daisy and Teddy Pryor.

Barbara was born on March 27, 1945 in Cleveland and passed away on May 11, 2019. She was a resident of Bratenahl for 5 years, previously Tekonsha Michigan. Barbara was a retired ordained minister of The United Church of Christ in Tekonsha Michigan. She graduated from Brush High School in 1963 and Kent State University in 1968. Barbara earned her Master of Divinity from Lancaster Theological Seminary in 1998. She loved traveling, especially to the ocean and beaches. Barbara was a fan of The Blue Angels and all Cleveland Sports. She cherished animals and spending time with her grand-dogs. Barbara was social, friendly, happy, and always smiling. She loved to talk to people and was devoted to her ministry, faith, and her family. Barbara entered into eternal life and has been reunited with her beloved husband and family and will be dearly missed by all.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Celebration of Life Service Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11 AM at Faith United Church of Christ. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Barbara at THE CHURCH TUESDAY MORNING, MAY 28, 2019 10-11 AM. ARRANGMENTS BY DEJOHN FUNERAL HOMES OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS.
