Azizeh came to the USA in 1959 from Aitaneet, Lebanon raising a family of six children. She was a very hardworking woman. She worked in Dalton Factory for a few years followed by working in family businesses (restaurants and movie theaters). Throughout the years, she enjoyed meeting many people and learned English by speaking with them. She loved to work, garden, babysit and care for many family members.
She had a great love for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Azizeh always enjoyed feeding people when they came to visit her. No one would leave without eating something. She loved giving candy to the neighbor’s children and to her great grandchildren. She always opened her heart to others and cared for family members when needed. She enjoyed watching Family Feud, Cash Explosion, Entertainment Tonight and the weather reports. She always knew the facts about well known stars and about what the weather was. Azizeh Saluan is an example of a great mother and a hero to us all.
