Athena V. Molnar

Prayers of Christian Burial for Athena V. Molnar, 86, of Eastlake, a retired deli clerk for Kroger Foods, will be held Friday, May 25, 2012 at 11 AM at Whitehaven Memorial Park, 615 SOM Center Rd., Mayfield Village (PLEASE MEET AT CEMETERY ENTRANCE). Mrs. Molnar died May 22, 2012 at Heather Hill in Chardon.

She was born on June 11, 1925 in Anawalt, WV. She was a resident of Eastlake, previously residing in Streetsboro for many years. Athena worked 28 years in the food industry. She loved her family, especially her grandkids. She is described as pleasant, strong, generous, stubborn, uplifting and faithful.

Mrs. Molnar is survived by her son Frankie (wife Prudy, nee Federico), grandchildren Ann Marie Kozlowski (husband David), Frankie Jr., Katherine Matic (husband Goran), and great-grandmother of Tyler, Joshua and Addison Kozlowski and Marko and Anthony Matic. She is also survived by brothers George Jr. and Louis Vaselaros.

Athena was preceded in death by her husband Frank.
