Anto T. Bakula

age 86, beloved husband for 67 years of Ivka (nee Puskar); loving father of Lillian “Ljiljana” Jackson (husband Ron) and Charles “Dragan” (wife Theresa); devoted grandfather of Katie Jackson, Blair and Toren Bakula; cherished son of the late Pero and Maria (nee Bilic); dearest brother of Kata Peric, Finka Cvijanovic and the late Ana Buzuk, Ivo and Niko Bakula; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Anto was born on January 16,1937 in Bosnia. He was a hard-working family man. Anto was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the great outdoors. He also had a fruit orchard, tree nursery, and large vegetable garden. When not with his family, he could be found outdoors doing what he loved best. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Divine Word Catholic Church, 8100 Eagle Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094 at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Anto at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 4-8 PM.
