ANN HOEKZEMA (nee Rakich) age 92 of Willoughby. Wife of the late Clarence; daughter of Michael and Mildred Rakich(both deceased); dear sister of Eli Rakich and the late Sophia Urigel and Daniel Rakich; cherished aunt of Michael Urigel and Richard Rakich.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday April 13, 2011 at THE COSIC FUNERAL HOME 28890 CHARDON RD. (BETWEEN BISHOP RD. AND RT. 91) WILLOUGHBY HILLS where family will receive friends TUESDAY 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. Fr. Zivijon Jakovljevic officiating. Interment Western Reserve Memorial Gardens.
