Ann Friedel

ANN JOSEPHINE FRIEDEL (nee Bozic) age 89, beloved wife for 67 years of Jerome; loving mother of Jerome, Jr. and Deborah Bebout (husband David); devoted grandmother of Melissa, Vanessa Dipko (husband James), John (wife Brittany) and great-grandmother of  Isabella, Emelia, Piper, Calvin and Andrew; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (nee Terselic) Bozic; dearest sister of the late Joseph (wife Dorothy, deceased), Frank and Steven Bozic; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Ann was born February 23, 1929 in Herminie, PA and passed away July 22, 2018. She was a resident of Wickliffe for over 60 years and previously lived in Cleveland. Ann was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and a member of SNPJ (Slovene National Benefit Society). She was a homemaker, a seamstress for Richmond Brothers and an avid gardener who loved her family. Ann enjoyed cooking, baking and listening to Polka. She will be remembered as a loving, caring, giving, kind and faithful woman who was the matriarch of her family. Ann will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, OH 44092. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ann at THE ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 4-8 PM
