ANITA NOTARIAN (nee Bevacqua) age 80, beloved wife for 60 years of Gino; loving mother of Mary Pappalardo, Joseph Notarian (wife Denise), and Liana Gigliotti (husband Agostino); devoted Nana of Jacqueline, Gino, Julia, Giuliano, Marchella, Isabella and Jazmin and great-Nana of Sophia and Brayden; cherished daughter of the late Saverio Bevacqua and Emma Aiello; dearest sister of the late Carmelo Bevaqua; dear aunt, great-aunt and friend of many.

Anita was born on October 25,1937 in Motta Santa Lucia, Italy and passed away on December 23, 2017. She was a resident of Middlefield for 12 years, formerly of Chesterland. Anita was a member of St. Anselm Catholic Church from 1973 to 2005, a member and Eucharistic Minister of St. Lucy Catholic Church in Middlefield, and St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Naples, Florida. She attended school in Italy and was a homemaker. Anita loved cooking, baking, gardening, golfing, walking and swimming. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Naples, Florida, Italy, Canada and around the United States. Anita will be remembered most as a sweet, loving, kind and family-oriented woman with a heart of gold. She was faithful and dedicated to our Lord. Anita loved her family, had a kind heart and green thumb. She will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, December 29, 2017 at St. Anselm Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Anita at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.)  THURSDAY 2-4 & 5-8 PM.
