ANGELA M. PIZEM (nee Jernejsic), age 101, of Cleveland passed away January 11, 2015 at Fairmount Health Center in Willoughby.

She was the wife of the late Frank; beloved mother of Leonard (Jeanette), Richard (Camille) and John (Rhema); cherished grandmother of Catherine (Joe) O’Malley, Richard (Denise) Pizem, Christine (Eric) Pasko, Robert (Jane) Pizem, Laura (Jeffrey) Urban, Jeffrey (Janice) Pizem and Elizabeth (Harold) Hipps; great-grandmother of Lauren and Colin O”Malley, Ricky and Mareanna Pizem. Bryce, Sophia and Amelia Pasko, Rowen and Orson Pizem, Drew and Kayle Hipps, Natalie, Nathan and Nora Urban and Zack Pizem; sister of the following deceased: Joseph Jernejsic, Josephine Smrdel, Mary Roznik, Ann Widmar, Rose Skrab and Frances Rojc.

Mass of Christian Burial 1 p.m.Thursday January 15, 2015 at St. Mary’s Church 15519 Holmes Ave. Cleveland, OH followed by burial in All Souls Cemetery.
