Anatasia Ruth “Annie” Malone

ANASTASIA RUTH “ANNIE” MALONE age 65, cherished daughter of the late James C. and Ruth (nee Flynn); dearest sister of James C., MD (wife Kate Ault-Kincaid), Myra Nazzaro (husband George), John P., Mary Alice Maslar, Joseph V., DVM (wife Cheryl) and Walt; dear aunt, great-aunt and cousin of many; survived by her feline companion, Buttons.

Annie was born September 13, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA and passed away on January 14, 2020. She grew up in Cleveland Heights, She graduated in 1973 from Cleveland Heights High School. Annie also attended the University of Utah. She was a member of the Magnolia Clubhouse. Annie was a resident of Bedford since 2017, formerly residing in Brecksville and Erie, PA. She loved doing cross stitch, writing letters to her siblings, coloring and walking. She was a fan of 40s and 50s music. Fiercely independent with a good sense of humor, Annie was devoted to her family and her cat, Buttons. She accepted her many illnesses and dialysis with no bitterness or complaints. Her beauty of spirit and acceptance is a role model for all of us. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 11 AM at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141. Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Annie at THE CHURCH TUESDAY MORNING 10-11 AM.
