Alice Mullally

Alice L. Mullally (nee Fitzgerald ) age 88, beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Laura Noll (husband Bruce), Janet, and Patricia Giegerich (husband Nick); devoted grandmother of Bob, Tim and Thomas Noll, Katie and Beth Doubrava, and Harry and Allison Giegerich.

Alice died peacefully on July 16, 2021. She was devoted to her faith and a lifetime member of the St. Jerome Catholic Parish. Most recently she was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Parish in Mentor. She was active in the Irish-American Club Eastside and the Lake County Yacht Club. Alice also participated in activities at the Perry Senior Center and volunteered at the St. Gabriel Food Pantry.

Alice was a graduate of the Flora Stone Mather College at Case Western University. She went on to dedicate her career to Catholic Education. She served as teacher at St. Leo the Great, St. Philip Neri, and St. Margaret Mary Catholic Schools. Alice was a thought leader and was instrumental in developing programs that benefit countless families. Alice was also proud of being a Licensed Funeral Director.

Alice enjoyed boating, golfing and celebrating St. Patrick’s day. She was an avid reader however, what brought her the greatest joy was her family. She especially loved spending time with her grand-children and pets. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, July 22, 2021 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd, Mentor at 11 AM. Burial following at All Souls. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Alice at THE MULLALLY FUNERAL HOME located inside of THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 4-8 PM.
