Albin Kuharich

ALBIN KUHARICH age 88, beloved husband for 66 years of Maria (nee Novak); loving father of Silvan (wife Theresa) and Nevia Dininny; and devoted grandfather of Elissa and Nathan Kuharich and Andrew Denk.

Albin was born on March 23, 1935 in Croatia. He immigrated to the United States in 1965, settling in the Collinwood area of Cleveland, before moving to Euclid and then to Willoughby Hills in 1978.  Albin was a member of the American-Croatian Lodge, Pristava and St. Noel Catholic Church. Albin studied civil engineering in Ljubljana, Slovenia before immigrating to the US with his family.  Albin had a long career as a commercial driver earning various safe driver awards.  Albin enjoyed winemaking, gardening, and tending to his fruit trees.  He was a lover of polka music and a novice accordion player.  His family describes him as social and fun loving.  Albin passed away on January 31, 2024.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at St Noel Catholic Church, 35200 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, Ohio at 11 AM. Entombment following at All Souls Cemetery.
