AGNES M. POTOCHNIK (nee Gallik) age 93. Former resident of New Salem, PA. Beloved wife of the late Frank. Loving mother of Frank Leonard (former wife Judy), David (wife Donna) and Cynthia Preto (husband Paul). Dear grandmother of Jeanette (husband Sam Riggie), Michelle, Darlene, Janis and Michael (wife Kristin), and great-grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Dorothy Lyle, Eleanor Oleskiewicz and the late Mary Ann, Margaret, Frank, Elizabeth Batewell and Andrew.

Agnes was born September 6, 1920 in New Salem, PA. A resident of Richmond Heights, she was a member of First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association. She enjoyed traveling the world as well as senior bus trips and she enjoyed listening to Polka music. Her family and friends gave her the most enjoyment in life. Agnes worked for Hough Bakery in the catering department for over 20 years.

Mass Of Christian Burial Thursday, April 24 at St. John of the Cross Church in Euclid at 11:30 AM. Interment All Souls Cemetery.
