Agnes “Aggie” Ilkanic

AGNES “AGGIE” ILKANIC (nee Mineo), beloved wife of the late Frank; loving mother of Sandy Matteo (husband Larry) and Diane Brezovec (husband Dan); devoted grandmother of Kurt, Nicole, Lexi, Rick (fiancée Dee Dee), Marisa (husband Dan), and Renee (husband Sean) and great-grandmother of Reilly, Cecile, Christian, and Mila; cherished daughter of the late Louis Mineo and Clara Lakatos (husband John); dearest sister of the late Marion Ledinsky and Samuel Mineo; dearest aunt and friend of many.

Aggie passed away on November 29, 2017. She lived in Highland Heights for 51 years, and graduated from South High School in Cleveland. Aggie was a homemaker and treasured time with her family. She enjoyed dancing, and was a fan of the Cavs and Browns. Aggie traveled to Paris and Rome, and loved visiting the Las Vegas casinos with her late husband Frank and her daughters, as well as Disney World with her grandchildren.  Aggie was feisty and she said what she meant. She had a good heart and will be dearly missed.
