DONALD R. SCHROEDER age 81, beloved husband for 60 years of Rose Marie (nee Rychlinski); loving father of Bryan (wife Nancy), and Troy Marie Molle (husband Gary); devoted grandfather of Erika Siegrist (husband Rick), Bradley Schroeder, Christa Kummerlowe (husband Ben), Matthew, Brandon, and Makayla Molle and great-grandfather of Claire, Luke, and Ethan; dearest brother of Charles Schroeder Sr. and the late Raymond Schroeder and Roby Hintz; dear uncle and great-uncle of many. U.S. Navy Veteran.

Don was a 26 year resident of Willoughby previously of Highland Heights. He was a 26 year parishioner of St. Noel Catholic Church, and previously St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church. Don graduated from South High School in 1954 and went on to be Operation Manager and Typesetter for Lezius-Hiles Printing Company. He enjoyed golf, fishing, and was a big Cleveland sports fan especially, Browns, Cavs, and Indians, he also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. Don enjoyed going to his grandkids sports events and listening to classical music. He received the most enjoyment in life from his family. Don had a sense of humor, loved to make people laugh, loved to cook and was family oriented. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, January 9, 2017 at St. Noel Catholic Church 35200 Chardon Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094 at 10 AM. Burial following with military honors at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Don at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) SUNDAY 1-6 PM.
